NYTS Services

New York Tea Society is an educational nonprofit organization dedicated to tea education, appreciation, culture, and community.

NYTS may offer memberships, tea tastings, educational programs, workshops, community gatherings, virtual programs, table reservations, merchandise, tea, teaware, and other related products and services.

Availability, pricing, schedules, and program details may change.

Reservations and Events

Advance reservations may be required for certain NYTS experiences, events, and table bookings.

Memberships

NYTS memberships are subject to the benefits, limitations, duration, renewal terms, and other conditions associated with the membership plan selected at the time of purchase.

Membership benefits are intended for the registered member unless NYTS expressly states otherwise.

NYTS may modify future membership offerings, pricing, or benefits. Changes affecting an existing membership will be handled in accordance with the terms applicable to that membership and applicable law.

Purchases

Prices displayed on the NYTS website are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges may be added when required.

Product availability is not guaranteed, particularly for limited-production and rare teas.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the event, reservation, membership, product, or service purchased.

Any cancellation or refund terms displayed during the applicable booking or checkout process form part of these Terms.

Tea and Food

Tea, snacks, food pairings, and other consumable products may be served during certain NYTS programs.

Guests with allergies, dietary restrictions, sensitivities, or other concerns are responsible for notifying NYTS before participating when appropriate.

Information provided by NYTS about tea, herbs, food, traditional practices, or wellness is intended for educational purposes and should not be considered medical advice.

SMS/Text Messaging

Individuals may voluntarily opt in to receive recurring marketing text messages from New York Tea Society concerning events, tea tastings, workshops, membership offerings, and special promotions.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
