This one’s for the tea nerds (and the tea-curious)! Each Wednesday, we take a deep dive into the intellectual side of tea, exploring topics like the chemistry of oxidation, the history of famous tea regions, processing methods, and even tea mythology. Presentations are in the form of a tea tasting alongside an interactive, guided PowerPoint presentation, followed by open discussion and tea tasting related to the topic. Bring your questions, your notebook, or just your curiosity... No lab coat required.
