Harvest Location: Ta Xua Mountain, Vietnam

Harvest Time: Spring 2025

Cultivar: Shan Tuyet Ancient Trees

Elevation: 1700m

Grown at 1,700 meters in the misty heights of Ta Xua Mountain, Vietnam, this rare red tea is crafted from wild Shan Tuyet ancient tea trees — time-honored cultivars known for their resilience and depth of character.

Hand-harvested in Spring 2025 by the H’Mong ethnic minority, who have tended these remote mountain groves for generations, each leaf is a reflection of ancestral knowledge and deep-rooted connection to the land. The tea is minimally processed, preserving its natural purity and wild elegance.

The dry leaves carry the scent of old forests, evoking earth, moss, and cool mountain air. Once brewed, the tea reveals a crystal-clear amber liquor with a soft, refined flavor — gentle yet complex, layered with notes of wild herbs, alpine flowers, and sun-dried hay, finishing in a long, lingering honey-sweet aftertaste.

More than a tea, this is a living expression of Vietnam’s highland terroir — an invitation to slow down, breathe deep, and taste the soul of the mountains.
