Harvested on April 15, 2026, this Song Zhong comes from Da An Village in Fenghuang, where the tea trees grow at approximately 900 meters. The trees used for this tea are approximately 98 years old, making this the oldest-tree tea in this Dancong collection.

Da An's higher-elevation environment is cool and frequently foggy, with warmer daytime conditions followed by cold nights. When tasting, pay attention not only to aroma and flavor, but also to the tea's structure, depth, finish, and how its character develops through successive Gongfu infusions.
