Tieguanyin is a premium variety of Chinese oolong tea from Anxi in Fujian province. Tieguanyin produced in different areas of Anxi has different characteristics. This fragrant oolong was produced from leaves harvested from tea bushes located in the tea gardens on the highest elevation of Baodu Village, slightly above 1,000 meters.  It has a thick , velvety mouth feel, strong orchid aroma with a sweet honey note in the taste.
