Bai Mudan aka White Peony is made from a combination of two leaves and a bud plucked from the Da Bai varietal tea tree. The leaves are harvested in mid-April after the individual tea buds have been gathered for Baihao Yinzhen. The brew has a naturally light floral fragrance and its flavor is layered with refreshing earthy and floral notes.
